The English Afternoon Tea course takes place here at 
Wilkies Cottage in Sandgate

The tutor running the course holds a BA Hons. in Humanities and is a qualified English teacher having taught English as a foreign language for the last twenty years. 

Over the past twenty-four years she has been researching and writing about English food history and anthropology, combining this with a continuing practical experience in cookery techniques, in particular baking.
