Overview

We offer several courses of varying lengths (one to five days). The full traditional English afternoon tea course comprises thirty hours spent with the tutor, spread over a five day period, during which the student will be given a comprehensive insight into all aspects of traditional English afternoon tea.

Within this course the student will be taught how to prepare various recipes which have been selected to illustrate the preparation of a traditional English afternoon tea.
