One-Day Gluten-Free Baking Course

This course has been designed to provide practical experience and information for anyone who wants to create a traditional English afternoon tea for those unable to tolerate wheat-based foods. During the day a range of recipes will be demonstrated that provide a delicious afternoon tea based on alternative products but without compromising on quality or taste.

Attendance hours 10am to 5pm

Course fee £ 128 including all ingredients, recipes and related course notes

A light lunch (wheat-free) will be provided, together with afternoon tea and presentation of baking.

*please state if unable to tolerate oats and other non-wheat sources of gluten*
